For 40% of his UQ appointment, James provides SCMB with facilities support, including technical advice to consultants and contractors in the areas of mechanical and hydraulic systems, the installation of new equipment, reticulated and bottled gas supply and internal charging, maintenance of space database and floorplans, and local oversight of access control systems.
