A chance for Years 10-12 students to attend university lectures and a choice of hands-on workshops facilitated by expert staff. Offered in the school holidays each July. More here.
UQ Young Scholars Program
Designed to assist exceptional Year 11 students in their transition to university through extension and enrichment activites. Starts late November with a residential camp and access to an online community. Schools are invited to nominate participants. A chemistry and/or molecular biosciences workshop is offered as part of the residential camp. More here.

Workshops for high school science and maths teachers to assist in implementing the new national curriclum. Participate as part of your professional development requirement. More here.
RACI Titration Competition
The Royal Australian Chemisry Institute annually conducts regional competitions, culminating in national finals. Chemistry at UQ has been a venue for regional competitions for nearly 30 years. More here.
A visit to the UQ campus
UQ opens its doors year-round to schools, individuals, families along with small and large groups of visitors. To take a free guided walking tour of the campuses, please contact the UQ Student Recruitment Team via firstname.lastname@example.org or on 07 3346 964907 3346 9649. Making contact prior to your visit will allow us to organise an experienced tour guide for you. Tours generally take about an hour and can be arranged during business hours either during the university semester or during the school or university holidays.
