Postgraduate Coursework Scholarships
The School of Chemistry & Molecular Biosciences at The University of Queensland invites outstanding students who are citizens of India to apply for a postgraduate coursework scholarship to cover 50% of tuition fees in the Master of Biotechnology, Master of Molecular Biology or Master of Bioinformatics programs.
In Australia, our graduates enjoy an employment rate higher than the national average. We currently have almost 100 students in our postgraduate biotechnology and molecular biology programs, including high-achieving students from India, some of whom have gone on to postgradutate research in Australia and to successful careers in India and around the world.

Scholarship Details
Scholarship Value: Approximately AUD$ 14800 per year, based on an indicative annual fee of AUD$ 29600. Indicative annual fees are calculated on the basis of two full-time semesters only. Students’ actual annual fees may vary in accordance with their choices of majors and electives and whether they study in Summer Semester. The University reviews fees annually.
Deadline: 31 October 2013 for a Semester 1, 2014 (February) commencement or 31 March 2014 for a Semester 2, 2014 (July) commencement.
