Advanced Organic Synthesis


Project duration:

6 weeks



The student will perform a range of advanced synthetic organic chemistry techniques to gain experience in constructing bioactive molecules.


Expected outcomes and deliverables:

Scholars will gain skills in synthetic organic chemistry and molecule characterisation, which may provide an opportunity to generate publications from their research.  Students will be asked to produce a report at the end of their project.


Suitable for:

Those students that have successfully completed CHEM3001.
